Where TIL Therapy Stands Today
TIL therapy has been in development since the 1980s. In February 2024, the FDA approved lifileucel (Amtagvi) for unresectable or metastatic melanoma โ the first TIL product approved anywhere in the world. Trials in lung, cervical, head and neck, and other solid tumors are actively enrolling.
