    Both are BCMA-directed CAR-T approved in China. Carvykti is developed by Janssen/Legend using a VHH camelid-derived binding domain. Equecabtagene (CT053/Carteyva) is China-developed with a fully human BCMA scFv โ€” potentially lower immunogenicity. Both have ORR exceeding 90% in r/r myeloma.
