What CancerFax Does in the CAR-T India Process
CancerFax is a specialist cancer navigation and treatment access platform. In the context of CAR-T India, we perform a structured set of functions that bridge the patient and the treating centre.
Eligibility Pre-Screening
CancerFax reviews your bone marrow biopsy, flow cytometry (CD19 confirmation), prior treatment lines, organ function tests, and ECOG status to determine whether you meet NexCAR19 eligibility criteria before any travel commitment.
Product Guidance
We advise on whether NexCAR19 (lowest cost, CDSCO-approved) or Kymriah (paediatric ALL, insurance-eligible) is the appropriate product for your case โ based on disease type, age, and financial situation.
Hospital and Physician Coordination
CancerFax selects and coordinates with the most appropriate Indian centre: TMC Mumbai for NexCAR19 (highest volume), Apollo or Manipal for Kymriah. We confirm physician availability and obtain a hospital invitation letter.
Visa Support and Logistics
We provide the hospital invitation letter for the Indian medical e-visa application, advise on visa timing, and coordinate interpreter services for non-English-speaking patients. Accommodation guidance near the treatment centre is also provided.
Post-Discharge Monitoring Coordination
After CAR-T infusion and discharge from India, CancerFax helps coordinate: IVIG infusion scheduling in the home country, telemedicine follow-up with the Indian CAR-T team, and escalation support if relapse or complications arise.
What CancerFax Cannot Guarantee
CancerFax does not guarantee treatment acceptance, clinical outcomes, or remission. We facilitate the access process โ all clinical decisions, eligibility final approval, and treatment outcomes rest with the treating centre and physician.
