Dr. Kevin Tay (Dr. Tay Kuang Wei Kevin) is a Senior Medical Oncologist at OncoCare Cancer Centre, Singapore, and a Visiting Consultant at the National Cancer Centre Singapore. He practises at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, and Gleneagles Hospital. He brings more than 25 years of clinical experience in medical oncology.

Dr. Tay completed his medical training at the National University of Singapore and undertook postgraduate internal medicine training at the University of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently pursued a medical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health (NCI/NIH), USA, where he served as Chief Fellow and conducted research in lymphoma biology with an internationally recognised translational research group. After returning to Singapore in 2010, he joined the Department of Medical Oncology at the National Cancer Centre Singapore before establishing his current practice at OncoCare. His clinical and research focus includes lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukaemia, breast cancer, gynaecological cancers, sarcomas, melanoma, brain tumours, and HIV-related cancers. He is also Chairperson of the Children's Cancer Foundation, Singapore.
