Professor Xu Geng, M.D., Ph.D., is one of China's most eminent otorhinolaryngology specialists and is widely recognised as the Father of Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in China, having established the country's clinical standards for endoscopic sinus surgery. He is a doctoral supervisor honoured with the State Council Special Allowance and is regarded as a leading authority in international rhinology.

With more than 40 years of clinical experience, Professor Xu has pioneered functional and radical endoscopic approaches for sinusitis, nasal polyps, and complex nasal and skull-base tumours, including highly demanding procedures in the sphenoid sinus and saddle area.
