Dr. Eileen M. O'Reilly is a medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where she serves as Section Head for Hepatopancreaticobiliary and Neuroendocrine Cancers. She holds the Winthrop Rockefeller Endowed Chair in Medical Oncology and is Co-Director for Medical Initiatives at the David M. Rubenstein Center for Pancreatic Cancer. She is also Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Dr. O'Reilly received her medical degree from Trinity College, Dublin University in 1990, completed postgraduate training in Ireland, and then undertook Haematology/Oncology fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Her clinical practice centres on pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, and other gastrointestinal malignancies. She leads multiple NCI-funded clinical trials and co-directs the MSK pancreatic cancer SPORE programme, with research spanning gene-based treatments, immunotherapy including vaccine-based strategies, and molecularly targeted personalised therapy.
